Riverside Gardens has 40 ground level units with outside entry, 540 sq. feet per apartment. A pet is allowed with a required deposit of $300.00 and review of pet policy.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
