Connections Area Agency on Aging Housing Program is the sponsor for four senior-designated apartment complexes.

Our complexes offer the perfect option for seniors to:

  • Enjoy an active life without the worries of home ownership.

  • Appreciate the face of a friendly neighbor.

  • Have fun with various activities at the complex.

  • Be close to shopping, transportation, and healthcare facilities.

Our Sioux City complexes offer a service coordinator, in the event that additional care services are needed due to life’s changes.

Requirements:
  • Age 62 +
  • Must meet income requirements

Rent is based on Income, Assets and Expenses.  Rent is calculated at approximately 30% of the monthly income.  If you have funds in the bank, only the interest is counted as income. All income must be verified. Medical expenses may affect rent.
