PB&J Overnight Oats
½ cup long cooking or Old-Fashioned Oats
½ cup milk
½ cup frozen or fresh berries of your choice
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp peanut butter
In a pint or larger jar; add berries and mash up a bit. Add syrup. Then add remaining ingredients and stir well. Place lid on and refrigerate overnight. Open and eat! Can heat if you like; but cold is super!! Variations: add banana instead of berries add 2 Tbsp chia seeds for more fiber, antioxidants and more thickening use 3 Tbsp grape jelly instead of berries or banana
