The Connections Cafe'

The Connections Café is an innovative partnership between Connections and licensed foodservice establishments like restaurants, food trucks, cafés, convenience stores, and grocery stores with hot and cold food options. Connections is working with these establishments in locations where a senior center nutrition program is not available.

Participant Eligibility

To participate in The The Connections Café, individuals must be 60 years of age or older, or a spouse of an eligible individual regardless of age. Meals are provided on a voluntary contribution basis, and individuals will be given the opportunity to contribute towards the cost of the meal. Call 800.432.9209 to sign up and receive additional information about dining at the Connections Cafes.
